Q2: How to use the Incense burner with incense sticks? What are the precautions for use?

Matching Principles: Our Incense burners are designed to be universal and suitable for standard-sized incense sticks. It is recommended to insert the incense stick into the dedicated holder on the burner, ensuring that the incense ash falls into the burner tray for easy cleaning.

  • Make sure the burner has completely cooled down before moving or cleaning it.

Q3: How to ensure the safety of vases/candle holders/glass products during transportation? What if they are damaged?

A: We have a comprehensive solution for this:

Professional Packaging: Each fragile item is packaged with a custom-fit foam mold, a thickened bubble bag and a multi-layer reinforced outer carton, which minimizes transportation risks to the greatest extent.
 
Damage Guarantee: If you unfortunately receive a damaged product, please take photos of the product and its outer packaging within 48 hours after signing for the delivery, and send them to our after-sales email address at Felix@56healing.com or submit them via the contact page. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund for you, and you do not need to return the damaged item.
Q4: Do you offer product returns and exchanges? What is the process?

A: We provide conditional return and exchange services to protect your legitimate rights and interests:

Return & Exchange Conditions: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, kept in an unused, undamaged condition with intact packaging (i.e., not affecting secondary sales).
 
Returns & Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues: The customer shall bear the shipping costs, and we will refund the product price.
 
Returns & Exchanges for Quality Issues: After verification, we will cover all relevant shipping costs.
